Both taste similar, the soup speed is high, especially appetizing, depending on personal preferences, I think both are good; "Xiaoyu meat" is not so colorful compared to the soup meat slices. The beef strips with batter are fried and then souped. It is similar to the practice of small stew meat everywhere. The taste is not as good as Xi'an. But it’s not bad to eat alone, 38 yuan a large bowl of beef is too much; "Peony Yancai" main ingredient is white fungus and other things, there are beef belly and beef shredded, compared to other water mat dishes to lighter, but this taste I can't appreciate, eat a few mouthfuls left, just taste a fresh, not recommended; "Shrimp sweet potatoes" in his official recipe of stir-fried vegetables, in which this lady likes to eat, full of a large plate. The effect of shredded potatoes is quite good! The only regret is that the white sweet potatoes are used, the sweetness and taste are inferior to the red sweet potatoes; "Hawthorn fish" sweet and sour, 10 yuan full of a large bowl enough for a few people to drink, I feel that the soup in addition to hawthorn sauce also used ketchup, and put some pineapple slices, the taste is slightly strange, but eating is not bad; "Optional cold dishes" is ordinary boiled peanut rice, mixed cucumber, mixed oysters, jelly and other a bunch of things to put three of them, supplement vitamins or current dishes good choice; staple foods have sesame cakes and rice to choose from, the latter seems to only provide dinner. You often have to fight with strangers at dinner, and the second floor is a single room. There is also a wedding banquet here. The meal before leaving, I met the wedding banquet, so not lively! #Eat to Luoyang# This is the third time I have come to Luoyang to eat and drink, the second time I have come to Yang's. Yang's food building water mat, there are my favorite soup meat slices and small stew meat, but fortunately, this year, there are more people in Luoyang, and I tasted more ball soup and peony yan vegetables. The environment was squashed by friends, but it was delicious. The above dishes are all my favorite, the balls in the ball soup are still crispy, and the taste is good. Even the soup meat slices and small stew are basically hot and sour, facing the stomach. I don't like the peony yan dish this time. The white fungus frozen powder and beef belly are relatively light. The environment is not very good, the tables are dirty, the service staff love to answer, basically self-service, except for them to bring a dish. Just like to eat, you can come over, do not try if you have requirements for the service environment.
